Refund/Replacement Policy

Please read the current refund and replacement policies carefully. By purchasing from this site, you agree to all policies and terms listed.

  • All Sales are Final.

    Once order is placed, there is no cancellation or refunds. No returns or exchanges.

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or excess shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please arrange timely pickup of package, do not leave in the heat or cold.

    I offer a live arrival guarantee and will replace or refund a dead or severely damaged plant on case by case basis with the following requirements:

    • Notify me of any issues within 2 hours of delivery and provide unboxing video / photos showing plant as it arrived.

    • Heat pack is purchased as part of order when temperatures are expected to be below 40 degrees (Insulation included at no additional cost). The buyer is responsible for adding a heat pack to their order.

    • Shipping is upgraded to UPS Next Day Air for extreme heat conditions (temperatures above 95 degrees)

    Note: Shipping is stressful for plants and minor cosmetic damage and / or discoloration that may occur. Live arrival excludes any shipping-related damages.

    • Communication is key, I pride myself on the quality of my plants and will do my best to work with you when possible.

    • Orders may be help upon request for up to 2 weeks for extreme weather conditions, please contact me at smooga.plants@gmail.com if you would like your order to be held.
